Tax revenues and total wagering amounts reached an all-time high in 2022, alongside other major achievements. The state’s total sportsbook handle also rose to $7 billion, compared to last year’s figures.

Sportsbooks in Michigan did not only see a reduction in handle, but their overall revenues dipped after figures revealed by the Michigan Gaming Control Board. However, some operators managed to stand out, controlling a large share of gaming activity in the state.
