Highlights

  • BetRivers online casino has added four new slot games to its database with the games coming from three different designers.
  • The four games are Great Guardians, Almighty Buffalo Reloaded, Blood Suckers and Andavi The Magic Ring.
  • Return to Player rates on the four games range from 96.02 percent to 97.66.

BetRivers online casino in Michigan has added a handful of new games to its slot library. You might even say they added some new blood.

There’s already over 1,000 slot games available for play at BetRivers Michigan, which has ranked a solid fourth in revenue production the last four years behind MGM Grand, MotorCity and Bay Mills.

Foxium is the game designer behind Andavi: The Magic Ring, Red Tiger is the creator of Blood Suckers, Konami is the maker of Great Guardians, while White Hat Studios is the developer of Almighty Buffalo Reloaded.

The Winning Numbers on the New Games

American Buffalo Reloaded has a wild west theme, with moose, elk, and yes, a buffalo as part of the symbol matrix. The max win is 50,000 times the bet played with a potential pay way on 117,649 spots and an RTP of 96.5 percent.

Blood Suckers and Almighty Buffalo Reloaded each use megaways mechanics, meaning all your symbols don’t have to make a perfect line. Blood Suckers has a max win of 20,500 times your stake amount also with 117,649 winning combinations and a return to player rate of 96.5 percent.

Great Guardians is a five-reel slot largely with a Chinese symbol theme and max bet of $45. The largest potential payout is 60 times and the return to player rate is 96.02 percent, the lowest of the four new games.

Andavi: The Magic Ring has a beautiful backdrop of a green valley with a 5-x4 grid and 1,024 ways to win. The return to player rate is 96.05 percent.

We Took A Spin

Those are all the inside numbers for the four games, but what about how they play? We spent some time one afternoon giving them all a spin.

By far, the most enjoyable was Blood Suckers. Red Tiger really did an excellent job mixing different themes for the game play. There are ghoulish vampires, to go along with damsels in distress which give it a Jack the Ripper vibe. The title screen includes dripping red blood. A clove of garlic is one of the icons (nice touch) and players can buy featured coffins and spins.

The other three were your standard fare. Almighty Buffalo Reloaded would be my second favorite of the four, with a clever theme that doesn’t go too far, and good-looking graphics throughout. Great Guardians was the game we had the most success on originally, with sliding and scattering icons.

The Evolving World of Slot Machines

Online slot developers continue to create exciting games that use cutting-edge technology and incorporate stories into their bonus rounds.

The other way online slots draw attention is by partnering with established entities. Caesars has NHL blackjack games where players can try to get 21 on a table that looks like a sheet of ice. There are also slots with hockey team themes. There is a knockoff Detroit Red Wings Winged Reelers slot machine that is and old title (do not recommend).

“Customizing our online casino offering to provide experiences true to the Caesars brand remains a key area of focus for us,” said Caesars Digital SVP & Chief iGaming Officer Matt Sunderland. “The launch of Caesars NHL Blackjack is an exciting moment that enhances our ability to provide our players with an eye-catching game custom to their interests. Adding the NHL Shield to our live dealer content is only the beginning as we continue to expand our partnership with the League to launch more NHL-branded iCasino games for our online casino platforms.”
