Governor Whitmer has presented her sixth executive budgetary recommendation, unveiling a $80 billion plan which includes $4 million earmarked to the Compulsive Gaming Prevention Fund. Another $1.9 million is also proposed to be allocated to the MGCB.

Governor Whitmer has reappointed two members of the Michigan Gaming Control Board to serve for an additional four years. The two members, Joni Davis and Andrew Palms will remain on the Board till Dec. 31, 2024.
